Abstract

Real systems of tools and measures, which can be used to make this attempt even more efficient have been created, and the legal liability has its own distinctive place and is intertwined by the specifics of this domain in which it has to fulfill its tasks. In this frame, criminal liability makes us aware of its presence, but for it to become an efficient instrument, it must be placed in the frame of a coherent strategy and adjusted to the special technicalities of protected social relations.
