Abstract

The foundation process of the European Union’s Constitution was reckoned on a complex mechanism of self-awareness regarding the necessity of a such normative settlement at the European level. This mechanism grounds its own identity within even the creation of the European Economic Community stated by the Rome Treaty from 1957, 25th of March. The article attempts to take a look over the above-mentioned process to emphasize its importance and complexity.
