Abstract

Teachers’ training complexity arises from frequent questions about educational training and the diversity of the educational training process. Therefore, in developing an initial and permanent teachers’ training strategy, the most adequate approach answering to these questions and solutions is to lead the leap from accurate solutions to initial and permanent training strategies. This article proposes a few landmarks of the training strategies, as follows: professional teacher’s competencies, dimensions of the pedagogical competencies, social and psychological perspective of the didactic profession, six paradigms of teachers’ training, and their conversion into training principles, phases and stages of the teachers’ training methods. One emphasizes also the benefits and limits of the proposed pattern.
