The Poplar Wood - Natural Color and Behaviour during Dyeing

Abstract

The present study represents an analysis of the poplar wood color before and after dyeing, with a special focus on the way in which both the late and the early wood behave during the dyeing process. The color analysis has been conducted on samples in the cross and tangential sections.
