Abstract

The purpose of the present paper is to highlight the techniques achieved within the CAL (Computer Assisted Learning) subject for the development of didactic skills for math teaching, in the growing pupils’ interest in math learning and of the students (teachers) for CAL subject, and for the improvement of teacher’s job satisfaction. The conclusions drawn, after analyzing the questionnaires, the school documents, as well as the answers provided by the students on the occasion of the interviews we had with them, show that both their interest in the subject and their job satisfaction as well as their didactic skills are influenced first of all by the variety of the taught software within this course.
