The publicity of real estate rights, as a component of the legal security of their circulation, is carried out through the land register. Entries in the land register are ordered by the land registry registrar by way of a resolution. The land registry resolution is an administrative act, adopted through a non-contentious procedure, which may be challenged under the special conditions provided by law. The law regulates the possibility of a staged and hierarchical legality review of the land registry resolution.Downloads
