Abstract

Accessing the international capital markets facilitates and ensures a balanced consume, improves internal investment. Under those circumstances, financing the government debt from external sources completes the efforts of the states that are trying to integrate in the global economy and the development efforts of internal financial markets. Romania accessed the international capital markets rather late, comparative with other states from Central and Eastern Europe, but were this to happen earlier, we wouldn’t have been prepared for it.
