Through the intermediary of this quality research we set out to improve the paths of communication and dissemination of the information, with a view to ensuring the access to the electronic resources of information. We are particularly interested in the users of the Library, both from the point of view of the demands of information and documentation, as from the one concerning the barriers and difficulties faced during the use of the information resources.Published
