“Lean Service” A Strategic Way to Improve Service Activity on Business-to-Business Market

This paper is about a strategic way which can be used by business service providers in order to determine the companies to adopt service outsourcing. The results of some researches based on statistical data and a survey among Romanian companies show a low development of business service sector in our country. Also the companies are not very determined in service outsourcing. For these reasons, service providers could adopt “lean service” as a proper strategy to improve their activities.Published
