Abstract

Informational technologies are thought to be responsible for fulfilling the second industrial revolution. This revolution has a major impact on the competitiveness of the companies involved in the third sector. This fact owes itself to the dependence towards the efficient use of the information. In this context we talk about a “new economy” that represents the outcome of the major structural modifications generated by the digital technologies, an economy of information due to the role of this resource in the creation of richness in relation with the capital material resources.
