Abstract

The present paper is an attempt to identify the sources of information the managers need to substantiate their human resources decisions. In order to provide a balance between the employees’ interests and the company’s objectives, the manager must have at any moment at hand information that is well structured, synthetic and suitable for their informational needs from the accounting, human resources or marketing departments.
