Abstract

The work focuses on exploring and analysing customer behaviour, identifying factors that have a significant impact on customers’ level of satisfaction, and segmenting the customer sample into groups with similar characteristics using data mining, machine learning (ML), and business intelligence solutions. (BI). It presents the importance of approaching data analysis within the organization, as well as the usefulness of the results obtained for enhancing the company's performance.
