Abstract

The managerial decisions for any organization need accurate and timely information. An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of the most important tools that can be used but its implementation decision cannot be taken lightly because it could impair the activity and the ERP could become ineffective in the medium and long run. A calculation of the efficiency ratios, such as Return on Investment (ROI) becomes critical and explanatory for the whole investment decision.
