The Lifelong Learning Programme encourages student mobility across the EU. The Transilvania University of Brasov has joined the Erasmus programme 1997 and since then it constantly expanded its network of partner universities. This paper investigates the link between undertaking Erasmus mobility activities by students during study years and employment conditions after graduation by means of a survey among graduates of the International Business section. Several interesting results emerge from the research.Published
