Abstract

Nowadays, foods have multiplied and diversified enormously, due to several factors, among which the growth of population, the diversification of the consumption needs, the technological development, the continuous research, the desire for supremacy on the producer’s market, the desire to increase profits etc. Along with the multiplication and diversification of these food products, many other problems have occurred. Of all the negative effects appeared and enhanced during the last years, obesity is by far the most harmful one.
