Enhancing communication in the Public Administration from Brasov County by Means of a Communication Portal. Developing Modules over an Open Source Portal

Abstract

The paper tries to present the result of a project developed over two years. The project was aimed at enhancing the communication activities for the local public organizations from Brasov County, by creating and implementing a software (communication portal) that would allow a new quality in the organizational communication management. The optimization of the communication activity was created for the Brasov County Council and some pilot city halls involving those ones that have the necessary logistics, namely a permanent Internet connection.
