Organic food labeling and certification: comparison between Czech Republic and Romania

Abstract

Based on data collected from specialized reports and articles on organic products, the aim of this paper is to present the importance of organic products, the regulations on organic food and different labels used around the world in order to certify the organic food products. It also seeing the organic trends in both the Czech Republic and Romania.
