Abstract

An important competition factor is a quality. The quality of coffee is mainly due to its flavor, so coffee quality management begins from the moment the tree is planted until the coffee beans are picked up, purchased, and processed. This paper analyzes quality management and the quality strategies that have been applied to the coffee market by great competitors for success. Quality management in the coffee market is a set of activities that aims to achieve objectives, through the optimal use of resources.
