Abstract

We carried out this study in order to identify bank staff satisfaction and to analyze the factors that influence employee satisfaction. The aim of this qualitative research is to identify, clarify and define what is important regarding the topic under research and to offer bank employees the possibility to understand the essence of the human resources policy applied by the bank.
