Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present some characteristics of the actual leasing market and the trends of the leasing market this year. The base of these analyses is the last legal regulation, which is the “Ordonanţa 28” from the 31st of January 2006, known as “IFN Law”. The points of view formulated in the paper reflect the author’s opinions. These opinions are accumulated after the discussions with the heads of leasing companies.
