The Influence of the Migration on the Labor Market in Romania

Abstract

The paper consists of three parts. The first part presents the characteristics of the labor market in Romania. The second part describes the equilibrium of the labor market in Romania, considering the emigration phenomenon. The third part of the paper proposes a model for analyzing the flexibility of wages in Romania, considering the influences of the factors: price increase, labor productivity, unemployment, and the emigration rate.
