Abstract

The paper wants to present the importance of performing neuromuscular training in order to permanently maintain a form of high fitness throughout the competitive period. The aim of this work was to verify the effects of training on neuromotor variables in young volleyball athletes at different times of the program. The hypothesis of the study starts from the fact that further investigation together with the realization and application of a training program, will contribute to the achievement of training fitness during competitive periods. The outcomes of implementing this training regimen with young female volleyball players underscore the suitability of engaging in competition during their initial phase.
