The Impact of Sprint Kayak Training Techniques on Preparation for Slalom Kayak Competitions

The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of sprint kayak training techniques on preparation for slalom kayak competitions. The method involved an experimental group and a control group, subjected to different training regimens for six months. The results showed significant improvements in agility, strength, and slalom techniques in the experimental group. The conclusion highlights that incorporating sprint kayak techniques into slalom training can significantly enhance athletes' performance. These findings provide valuable guidance for optimizing training in slalom kayaking.Downloads
