Abstract

The diversity and attractiveness of plyometrics have determined the authors to verify its effectiveness in fifth graders. The study was conducted between October 2018 and April 2019 at the "Silviu Dragomir" High School of Ilia, Hunedoara County. This study employed the following research methods: scientific documentation, observation, the experiment, the statistical-mathematical method, and the graphical representation method. At the end of the study, the hypothesis was validated.
