Analyze "wellness self-perception" at the level of young people for increasing the quality of life

Wellness is being in good physical and mental health. The purpose of this study is to introduce students to the concept of wellness, which defines a healthy lifestyle, and to help young people become good problem solvers and decision-makers with regard to their own personal wellness. Conclusion The awareness and the individual responsibility of the young people is to change the negative behaviors, with some positive and lasting ones, which will improve their quality of life.Downloads
