Kyphosis among adolescents is a disease that affects both physically and mentally, because it is of particular interest but especially to help patients, in terms of early diagnosis and health education. The vertebral column is the central segment of the human locomotor system, which, with vertical alignment, is of particular importance. Thus, it performs a number of functions, such as from a certain point of view, supporting the body in space, the strength to withstand the forces of gravity, and protecting the spinal cord together with its nerve roots. In other respects, the spine must be sufficiently mobile to allow for flexion, extension, rotation, and inclination of both the head and the trunk. In conclusion, counseling sessions and intervention techniques had a positive effect on adolescents in the research.Downloads
