Abstract

Malleolar fractures are one of the most common types of fractures, ranking second after hip fractures, wrist fractures, and hand fractures. Also, malleolar fractures are the second most common fracture requiring hospitalization. By using physiotherapy methods and complementary means of recovery over a period of 6 months, the mobility of the ankle joint will be improved as well as the resumption of socio-professional activity by the patient. The essence of the research in this article is based on demonstrating the importance of using physical therapy tools to achieve the proposed objectives. At the same time, it will provide the patient with the opportunity for reintegration both professionally and socially.
