Abstract

Given the fact that the technical expression possibilities know no limits and that tournament performance requirements are higher and higher, we consider that training specific ambidextrousness may constitute a major element in bettering the efficiency of play schemes and actions. Symmetrical execution of technical-tactical actions by optimizing the training of specific ambidextrous abilities constitutes an asset in favor of increased efficiency and dynamics of the play, resulting from the teaching process being determined by the typical motor activities performed. The optimization of the coaching process is possible when teaching, learning, and performance assessment are conditioning each other and when they result in substantial and significant mutations in the personality of sports games.
