Abstract

The flat back symptoms are one of the most common degenerative spinal deformities among adults. This occurs due to incorrect posture over time in the school environment, as well as due to the unique lifestyle. The purpose of the paper is to highlight the important aspects related to flat back syndrome and the physiotherapy intervention methods in improving the quality of life in the school university environment. In this study, a case study with flat back syndrome was analyzed in which the role of improving the quality of life by improving the health status of the subject was highlighted.
