Brief Considerations on the Folkloric Anecdotic Tale

Abstract

The complexity of the folkloric anecdotic tale must be correlated with the complexity of the folkloric culture itself, with the folkloric mentality. These creations are an alternative for the ideal world of the fairytales. A smiling and ironical alternative, maybe, but really serious and which brings into the close-up a non-heroic anthropocentrism, but with an apprehension for real, ludicrous and formative. The artistic accomplishment of the anecdotic tale is of great variety, and despite of the fact that the female character does no longer fit into the ideal prescription of the traditional literature, this type of tale is also capable, along with the disinhibitory role, of setting typological standards.
