A Special Approach to Texts: Reading for Translation

Abstract

The present article attempts to establish whether the process of reading with a translation view is objective or subjective, taking into account several stages of utmost importance in the translation process as a whole. The study considers, as a starting point, reading purposes generally speaking, as well as text and reader types.
