The purpose of this paper is to construct a polynomial Rn of degree at most 3n - 2 satisfying weighted (0; 2; 0) interpolation under certain conditions at the zeroes of Hn and H'n where Hn stands for Hermite polynomial. Furthermore, we prove a convergence theorem for Rn.
