Study of graph isomorphism by using the concept of special degree of a vertex in a graph

Abstract

In this paper the concept of special degree of the vertex of a graph is presented, and a theorem of isomorphism of two graphs is given using the concept of spec al degree, also a decidability algorithm of two graphs is implemented.
