Classification of K-contact manifolds satisfying certain curvature conditions

Abstract

The object of the present paper is to classify K-contact metric manifolds satisfying certain curvature conditions on projective and concircular curvature tensors. K-contact manifolds satisfying P.C = 0, C.P = 0 and C.S = 0 are considered, where C and P denote the concircular and projective curvature tensors respectively. Finally, we study the K-contact manifold satisfying S.R = 0. It is shown that in all the cases the compact K-contact manifold becomes Sasakian.
