Abstract

The analysis of the modern state and prospect of development of seed-grower is reflected in Ukraine. The ways of the decision of commercial turnover of seed and landing material and payments are offered for the use of the intellectual property. Perspective ways are set for the acceleration of development of the organization of the market of seed and landing material of Ukraine. It is grounded to create a complete market infrastructure for plant varieties, all components of which would work in a harmonized economic mode and provide for the most effective realization of seeds and the distribution of risks in the process of its production and sale. It was shown, that the decision of the marked problems would give a possibility of adjusting of international cooperation of Ukraine in the field of the guard of rights on the sorts of plants and commercial turnover of seed and landing material. In order to increase the efficiency of the cereal seed industry, it is desirable that a regional seed system is established in each region.
