Abstract

The paper presents the results of a long-term evaluation of the efficiency of surface impregnation of fir wood with reactive resins on its behavior in outdoors ground conditions. This evaluation was done after 27 months in a modified L-joint test. The resin treatment was associated with bio-protection with a biocide primer and coating with alkyd white paint.
