This paper aims to develop a theoretical and experimental study on the main qualitative indices of the major wine grape varieties of grapes for white wines produced in the vineyards of Transylvania Plateau. Experimental investigations were developed during August-October 2005 and concerned the determination of key indices values for Royal Fetească, Italian Riesling and White Fetească varieties.Downloads
