Abstract

The deficiency problems in natural regeneration in case of oak species from Snagov Park associated forests have to be corrected by artificial interventions in order to ensure the proportion of the main species as indicated in the management plans. A special problem is represented by the pedonculate oak (Quercus robur) natural regeneration. In this context, the present paper presents the results regarding the success of applied artificial regeneration operations into a compartment from the mentioned area.
