Abstract

This paper presents the variation of climatic factors in a warehouse, for potatoes, without automatic adjustment systems. The measurements were done during the months of December, January and February and they followed temperature and humidity variation inside the warehouse according to the exterior variation of these factors. Also the internal and external temperatures were measured for five representative varieties of potatoes. To make the measurements a portable device for measuring temperature, humidity and air speed and an infrared portable thermometer were used.
