Biologic Active Compounds in Natural Food Supplements with Hypolipemiant Properties

Hof. Lipomin and Colerd, natural, original, food supplements were pharmacologically tested and well known for their hypolipemiant properties. They contain garlic( Allium sativum), leek( Allium porrum), juices and extracts, flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed -oil, rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis) leaves extract as well as a propolis extract. The efficiency of the products is due to the synergism of the numerous biologically active compounds present in their composition. The object of this work is to carry on a study aiming to determine the main active biologic compounds, using actual methods: Gas -Chromatography-mass spectrometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, UV-VIS Spectrophometry, and Absorption- Emission Atomic Spectrometry.Downloads
