Abstract

This research approaches some modalities able to significantly increase the physical lesson efficiency, due to the pupils’ voluntary involvement in the instruction process. Their consented participation is determined by the autonomy they are invested with, by their responsible roles, and by the fact they are allowed to freely express their imagination and creativity potential. Teachers’ scientific strategies and methodologies can build up teenagers who want, can, and enjoy performing activities specific to physical and sports education in their daily lives, which contributes to their body's harmonious development.
