Abstract

Over the last three decades, the medicine specialized in musicians’ treatment has been acquiring increasingly clear outlines. These professionals’ special requirements have long been overlooked, but the rising requirements regarding the quality of musical performance have led to reconsidering them. Abroad, this branch of medicine has undergone a remarkable development, which is set forth in the material herein. In Romania, the musicians’ specialized medicine has only known its outset.
