Abstract

The classification criteria of the types of chords of the 20th century harmony derives from the three harmonic systems: the system of gravitational constructions, directed towards the decomposition of the inner equilibrium of the chord, the system of geometrical constructions with the manifestation of the tendencies if symmetrization around a tone-axis or an interval-axis and the tendencies of intervallic construction based on other proportion and the system of the synthesis chord constructions.
