General Traits of Romanian Managers’ Identity - A Qualitative Research Project

Abstract

The paper presents the early stage of an identity research project. It’s about Romanian managers and their life stories. Some preliminary results of narrative interviews analysis are presented here: selfperception, the relationship with others, the way they are, what is motivating them, how is the ideal job for them etc.
