Abstract

In the writing of this paper we departed from the premise that any person has the potential chance to be promoted to a job of management. At the moment of the promotion weexperience two feelings: that of pride, which is the strongest feeling, and the fear of not coping. In this way, the study of management can help you to become operative, to revise and to develop your efficacy and efficiency, and it can also help you to administrate in a better way the most important resources: human resources, material resources, financial resources and time resources.
