A Special Case of Revocation of the Life Maintenance Agreement and the Issue of the Replacement of the Maintenance with the Rent in Money, in the Vision of the Project of the New Civil Code

Abstract

The present article is about the vision of the life maintenance agreement in the project of the new Civil Code. This contract is not regulated at the moment in the Romanian civil law but it represents a reality and this contract is mostly used in the country-side. Being used so often, this contract became an important part of the real life, and the legislative power though to regulate it.
