The Marriage Nullity

Abstract

The marriage nullity is considered to be a sanction applicable for violating the provisions stipulated by law in the field of marriage. The nullities could be divided into express and virtual or absolute and relative. No matter which the nullities' causes are, the personal and patrimonial rights and obligations stipulated by law for both spouses are considered not to have existed in the past.
