Abstract

A universally accepted definition of counterfeit doesn’t exist, although there are different definitions of the term and the activities stronglyrelated to it. The interest changes sometimes according to the context inwhich it is used. The counterfeit gives birth to a multitude of negativeconsequences, not only for the original producers, but also for theconsumers.
