The European Principle of Free Movement with Regard to Juridical Persons

The paper presents aspects of the principle of freedom of movement concerning the juridical persons. The paper tries to emphasize the following main ideas: the access of a juridical person to the right to establish one’s residence anywhere in the community as stated in the jurisprudence of the European court, the demands required for the legal person to be constituted according to the legislation of the member states and to have the statutory head-office, the central administration or the headquarter inside the community, and finally the demands required to the juridical persons to connected their activity with the economy of a member state.Published
