Individual Differential Issues Involved in Work Performance with Public Employees

Abstract

The article focuses on the relationships between the structural personality peculiarities and the professional behavior of public relations employees, on the one hand, and demographic peculiarities, such as gender, education level and seniority in public relations, on the other hand. The findings confirm the existence of significant gender differences for the relational dimension, assertiveness, coping with the stress. The differences regarding the education level were identified for the same variables; seniority contributes to the decrease of the stress resistance.
